Icelandic Menu at Luma 

Icelandic chef Gísli Matthías Auðunsson will fly to Toronto to collaborate with Luma chef Michael Wilson and create a delicious Icelandic dinner menu at Luma. Together, the two chefs will prepare a five-course dinner menu featuring key components of Icelandic cuisine: lamb, dairy, and fish.
