Icelandic chef Georg Arnar Halldórsson will fly to New York City to collaborate with American chef Stephan Ilnyckyj to create a delicious Icelandic dinner menu at Restaurant Norman in Brooklyn. Chef Georg spent the last three years as Head Chef at Restaurant Kolabrautin, located at the famous Harpa Concert Hall in Reykjavik. He recently left Kolabrautin to join some of the best Icelandic chefs to open two new restaurants in the Harpa complex: Sumac and Óx, and eleven seat kitchen table restaurant. Stephan is the executive chef at Norman where he incorporates a Scandinavian technique with New York’s fresh local ingredients. Together, the two chefs will prepare a delicious four-course prix fixé menu for the event.
