Backed by more than 10 years of hospitality experience, Matthew Curran possesses a deep passion and appreciation for outstanding food and drink. After graduating from George Brown’s Food & Beverage Management Program, Matthew gained experience and honed his skills at top Toronto dining establishments including Holt’s Café, R&D, and Miku, before landing at Leña Restaurante in July 2016.
From deep-rooted classics to ever-evolving, modern-day interpretations, Matthew prides himself on his expansive beverage education, and is excited to work in an industry where there’s always more to explore.
