Icelandic chef Viktor Örn Andrésson, head chef at Blue Lagoon’s Lava Restaurant, will fly to New York City to collaborate with American chef Andrew Whitcomb where the two chefs will create a delicious Icelandic dinner menu at The Norman Restaurant. Named Iceland Chef of the Year, Viktor is one of Iceland’s most prestigious culinary experts. He recently led the Icelandic National Culinary Team to a bronze medal at this year’s Bocuse d’Or 2017 Finale! The two chefs will prepare a delicious four-course prix fixé menu for the event.
