Enjoy three days of remarkable culinary experiences with some of the finest chefs in North America at the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s “Cooking for Solutions” sustainable food and wine event. Held from May 18-20 in Monterey, CA, the event will feature more than 70 chefs and 60 wineries servings something for everyone. Chef Hakon Orvarsson will serve up samples of Icelandic seafood during the Sunday program “Sustainable Foods Celebration,” held on Sunday, May 20 from 10 am – 6 pm.
